This October, we’re challenging our members to get moving with 31 Miles of Halloween. Your mission is simple – reach 31 miles by the end of the month. Don’t be put off by the number. Every bit of movement makes a difference, and the miles add up quicker than you think. Whether it’s: Walking Running Swimming Cycling …each activity counts towards your total. There’s no pressure to hit a mile every day – this challenge is designed to be flexible. You might find yourself clocking up several miles on a weekend walk, or gradually building your distance through shorter bursts of activity during the week. Even your daily routine contributes, from climbing the stairs and walking the dog to getting those steps in during the school run.
